Our four-year programme involves active research work of PhD students on the most challenging questions in Physics of Nanostructures. Either experimental or theoretical approaches can be used. Each PhD student works in close contact with his supervisor, who helps to choose research theme and the best possible tools to carry it out, to design experiments, and to use the available laboratory equipment as efficiently as possible.
